Toray to Display LIVMOA™ Safety Products at NSC Expo

Toray Group in the United States will attend the National Safety Council’s 2019 NSC Expo, which will be held in San Diego, California, from September 9 to 11. Toray will be in booth #5617 displaying the materials that go into protecting people from chemicals, fire, molten materials and more on jobsites and in factories, hospitals, offices and beyond.

For the fourth year in a row, Toray will be showcasing its LIVMOA™ line—breathable chemical-protective wear that offers superior sealing against airborne dry particles. LIVMOA 3000 safeguards workers and minimizes sweat-caused discomfort; LIVMOA 2000 is an economical model combining highly breathable LIVMOA 3000 material with SMS fabric. LIVMOA™ is among the toughest and heartiest wearable workplace safety products available.

The NSC Congress & Expo is the premier annual safety event in the country, attended by 15,000 safety, health and environmental professionals. Several other safety-conscious innovations offered by Toray will be on display this year including BOGU™, a resilient fabric made of Toray PTFE fibers, a product of Toray Fluorofibers America (TFA), that is used for protection against molten metal and chemical splash. It is also capable of blocking fire, shielding against particles and providing vapor control.
